Author Biography
John F. Scott lectures in Communications & Management at the Institute of Technology, Carlow. He is an external examiner in Communications with FETAC, and is a part-time writer and occasional contributor to RTÉ’s Sunday Miscellany.
Catherine Fox is Head of the School of Services, Leisure and Tourism in Cavan College of Further Studies. She lectures in Communications & Customer Services and is an external examiner in Communications with FETAC. She has previously worked as a consultant with Carr Communications.
