Shelagh Hand BComm, HDipEd, DEA, teaches business and mathematics at Carlow Institute of Further Education. She has been involved in the development of the FETAC (NCVA) Business Calculations syllabus and gives in-service courses to teachers. Bernard Mulchrone BA has taught mathematics and is now principal of Carlow Institute of Further Education. He is also a member of FETAC (NCVA) Board of Studies.
